Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy applies to purchases of The Survival Mode Exit Kit and other digital products sold by Mom Mogul.
Digital delivery
The Survival Mode Exit Kit is delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you will receive access instructions through the email address provided at checkout. The delivery may include access to:
- The 30-page Survival Mode Exit Kit playbook hosted through Google Drive.
- The Boundary Hold & Pushback Studio.
- Any additional digital materials expressly listed on the applicable checkout page.
You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and checking spam, promotions, and other filtered folders.
Final digital purchases
All digital purchases are final. Mom Mogul does not offer refunds based on a change of mind, failure to use the materials, or dissatisfaction with a personal result.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived in your location.
Access problems
If you cannot access a purchased item, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Include:
- The name and email address used at checkout.
- The approximate purchase date.
- A description of the access problem.
- A screenshot or error message, if available.
We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the materials you purchased. We may resend access instructions, correct a broken link, or provide another reasonable access solution.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or see a transaction you do not recognize, contact [email protected] and your payment provider promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.
No guarantee of results
The digital product provides educational and reflective guidance. It does not guarantee a specific emotional, family, relationship, financial, professional, or other result. See the Educational Guidance Disclaimer.
Policy changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
