This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our websites, subscribe to our emails, purchase or access The Survival Mode Exit Kit, use the Mom Mogul Reset Scorecard, or use the Boundary Hold & Pushback Studio (collectively, the “Services”).

- Responses you choose to submit through the Mom Mogul Reset Scorecard.
- Information you enter into the Boundary Hold & Pushback Studio, including descriptions of a situation, boundaries, anticipated pushback, and related reflections.
- Messages, questions, files, or other information you send to [email protected].
- Preferences you provide for receiving marketing or transactional communications.
Please do not submit emergency, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through the Services. The Services are not designed to collect medical records, financial-account credentials, government identification numbers, or emergency reports.

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of activity. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may use advertising, analytics, and funnel tools—including Ari analytics and email tracking, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook tools, Instagram-related tools, TikTok Pixel, and Manus website analytics—to measure activity, improve the Services, and support advertising where enabled. Depending on your location and the specific configuration of these tools, certain disclosures or targeted-advertising activities may be considered “sharing” or a similar regulated activity under applicable privacy law.
